Please note: These policies are put in place to keep our studio a clean, safe, environment for everyone.

By booking with us, you agree that you have read and agree to all of the following policies. If any of these rules are violated, you risk being charged a fee in your file, or prohibited from renting with Prefect Pixels Studios in the future.

• *All Bookings are non-refundable + non-transferable.* Appointment times is secured upon booking. If you or your client needs to reschedule due to any illness, medical emergency or COVID-19, we will allow you to reschedule.

• Please ensure you have the correct date and time prior to confirming the reservations, we can’t guarantee we can fix any errors with booking. 

• Rental time includes set up and tear down - Meaning you need to be CLEANED UP and vacated from the room by the end of your rental.

• Early Entrance to the booked room is not allowed, even if the room is unattended, and staying later then your booked time-slot is not allowed.

• The room needs to be left clean as you found it by making the bed, returning the furniture and decor to its correct spot, and keeping the room clean by removing/discarding trash. There is cleaning supples, paper towels, thrash bags, brooms, vacuums etc. in the studio if needed. 

• Cake Smashes are only allowed on the floor. It will need to be completely cleaned up/mopped up afterwards. We provide cleaning supplies in the studio. 

• Each renter shall be held liable for damages, and shall be financially responsible for repairing or replacing damage occurs. If equipment, furniture, or decor is damaged during an event, you need to immediately notify Prefect Pixels Studios via phone or email. If, upon arriving for your rental, equipment, furniture or decor is discovered to be damaged, the renter should notify Prefect Pixels Studios before the rental begins.

• Pet/Animals are  allowed in the Studio.

 • Confetti is allowed in the studio it is to be completely cleaned up at the end of your rental. Please do not leave behind confetti, glitter, balloons, flower petals, etc.

• Feel free to move furniture within your room to meet your needs, but please return the room back to the original layout. 

• If the bedding gets dirty, please removed and put in the laundry basket in the corner. If sheets are soiled from makeup, blood, wine, dirty feet, spray tans, etc. Please notify Prefect Pixels Studios.

• No smoke, smoke bombs, open flames, or incense is allowed in Prefect Pixels Studios.

• Prefect Pixels Studios is not responsible for acts out of our control such as weather, power outages, building failures, emergencies.
